Soo Min's performance dance film, projected onto a fabric structure in a dark setting, immerses you in the experience of schizophrenia. Three projected screens represent the distinct stages of the condition. On the left, the manic stage is depicted, with constant echoes of laughter and imagined cruel remarks. On the right, the manipulation of the body represents a loss of control, as if one is a puppet or mannequin.

In the center, the powerful dance style of krumping, titled "Kingdom Radically Uplifted Mighty Praise," reflects Soo Min’s Christian faith. Through this expressive form, she channels her faith to cope with the challenges of schizophrenia, using krumping as a positive outlet to release anger, aggression, and frustration in a non-violent manner. Krumping also functions as art therapy in her ongoing battle with the condition.

These three stages reveal how schizophrenia has shaped her life and her journey in living with it.

Good Enough is exhibited at NAFA X University of Arts London Exhibition Chelsea College of Arts and NAFA Open studio
